TESLU Declares Q2 Distribution to Investors

We are thrilled to share that on Friday, July 15, 2022, 286 Lenox Partners LLC (Ticker: TESLU) declared a Q2 cash distribution of $1.92 per share.

Investors who have purchased shares of TESLU before July 25, 2022 (the “ex-date”) will receive the distribution. You can learn more about TESLU and purchase shares here.

Shareholders will receive the distribution in their brokerage account on the payment date of August 2, 2022. The distribution is for the fiscal second quarter ending June 30, 2022.

Key Dates & Definitions:

Ex-Date: July 25, 2022

  • The ex-date marks the cutoff point for an upcoming cash distribution. If you buy a unit in a property prior to the ex-date, you will receive the cash distribution. If you buy on or after the ex-date, you will not receive the cash distribution.

Record Date: July 26, 2022

  • The date of record is when an agent of the issuer identifies all of its current unitholders, and, therefore, everyone who is eligible to receive a cash distribution. You don't receive a distribution if you're not on the list.

Payment Date: August 2, 2022

  • The payment date is the day cash is transferred from the property owner to the unitholders of record as of the record date.

What Comes Next:

All distributions will be made through the LEX platform. On the payment date, investors will receive their portion of cash distributions directly in their brokerage account. Payment is facilitated by the issuer’s transfer agent and the Depository Trust Company.
